Yes! You can collect most products from our Coventry warehouse. Please see individual product listings for eligibility.
Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email. Simply pop over to the warehouse with your order reference to show to one of our team members.
We are open Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm (excluding Bank Holidays).

Need to send a friend or family member to collect your order? No problem. Just make sure that you share your order confirmation with them via email or screenshot so they can show it to a team member.
