We will provide you with a tracking link via email upon your order being fulfilled.
Along with being able to find your tracking in this email, you can also find it by:
- Checking My Orders when logged into your Yes Bebe account
- Clicking the big blue button in your original order confirmation email
Once your order has been collected and scanned into the network by the courier, you will begin to see updates on your tracking.
If your order is dispatched with DPD, they will email and/or text you on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour delivery window. If this is unsuitable, you can rearrange the delivery via your tracking link.
If your order is dispatched via Royal Mail, you can check your tracking link to find out if it is out for delivery.
